Who makes the ads for the campaigns?
Walter814 has a full team for Search and Display creative building, if you would like us to help; and it is no additional cost! We are also happy to use your provided creative inputs if you have another source for ad creative.
Is there a contract or commitment to sign?
There are no contracts or long term commitments with Walter814, all management is month to month. You decide when to pause any campaign and can also change your amount of spend to the platform from month to month as well.
When is the first month’s Management Fees Due?
You will be invoiced on the start date of your campaign (typically the 1st or the 15th of the month) and you have 30 days to pay the invoice (typically the last day of the month, or the 14th of the following month).
How do I get my reporting?
All Walter814 campaigns receive monthly reporting as part of the campaign management fee.Your campaign manager will send monthly reporting to your email with a link to the interactive dashboard. You can save this link as a bookmark and check the reporting as often as you would like, you even have the ability to change the dates for the reporting.
Are there any additional fees?
The only fee you will find with Walter814 is a $100 start up fee per campaign in the first month that a campaign is created. After that there are no hidden fees, no fees per qualified lead, and no additional stocking or start up fees if a paused campaign is restarted.
How is the spend on the platform (Google or Facebook, etc) paid?
With Walter814 you own all your marketing, so your account, all inputs, the investment in the learning and all billing is yours. You pay the spend directly to the platform. Walter814 does not keep any portion of your spend to the platform, allowing us to better serve your campaign budgets without biases.
